Start your spring garden early. Plant spring flowering bulbs now and enjoy their color in late March, April and May. They will be the first spring flowers peaking through the melting snow.
Easy to Plant:
1. Dig a hole as deep as 4 times the height of the bulb or check package instructions for different bulbs. Bulbs look great in groups of at least five. The must be big enough, so the bulbs are close but not touching.
2. Sprinkle some bulb food in the hole and place the bulbs pointed side up.
3. Cover with soil and water once.
Decorate for Fall!
Add cool weather loving plants like Pansies, kale and mums to your planters and garden.
Decorate with hay bales, pumpkins and corn stocks to complete the fall feel.
